UNICEF heads three UN Clusters coordinating relief and rehabilitation
activities: WATSAN, Education and Child Protection. In addition to its
program activities in these three sectors, as well as in Health, UNICEF
is also playing a lead role in the communication response to the
earthquake.

WHO Pakistan
WHO heads the UN Health Cluster in the earthquake response and is
carrying out various health-related activities as a part of relief and
rehabilitation efforts.

Humanitarian Information Centre (HIC) for Pakistan
The Humanitarian Information Centre (HIC) for Pakistan is a common
service to the humanitarian community managed by the United Nations
Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA).

Federal Relief Commission
The Federal Relief Commission was established to plan, coordinate,
direct and monitor all relief efforts. All Govt Agencies including
Armed Forces concerned with the relief efforts shall function through
FRC.

Oxfam
Working with local partners Oxfam is supplying emergency aid, including
extensive efforts for Hygiene, Water and Sanitation, to thousands
affected by the earthquake.

Islamic Relief
Islamic Relief's work is heavily focused on the areas that have been
badly affected by this disaster, including Muzaffarabad and Bagh where
Islamic Relief has several projects, including on Hygiene, Water and
Sanitation.

Concern Worldwide
Concern teams are working with the UN and other agencies based in
Pakistan to bring relief to areas affected by the earthquake, including
projects on Hygiene, Water and Sanitation.

Pakistan Boy Scouts
Despite losing many Scouts and leaders in the earthquake, the Pakistan
Boy Scouts Association has been involved in the earthquake response
since October 8, including deploying teams of Scouts from all over
Pakistan to raise awareness on hygiene, water and sanitation and other
health issues in the affected areas.
